Our lifetime Assurance
We've built our gear from meticulously selected materials and hardware. From the ground up, we've worked with our rope makers right here in CALIFORNIA to engineer our own signature Boldwalk climbing rope with the exact features we wanted in our products. We wanted a comfortable, strong and durable climbing rope that would be the heart of our products and paired them with the best over engineered hardware. That's why we can stand behind our products 100%. Our lifetime assurance is exactly that, as long as you have our gear and it is used in the manner intended for its use, we will fully stand behind it as long as you own it, PERIOD!
Intended Use
Our Boldwalk gear is made with meticulously selected materials with our engineered climbing rope made right here in CALIFORNIA. We've designed our gear to be comfortable, beautiful and durable. Our leash's, collars and car seat tethers are not meant to be used as chew toys. This is not an intended use of the gear and no rope can survive a determined pup! Our leashes are also not made to be used as tie outs.
How long does shipping take?
We offer multiple shipping methods. Normal processing times range between 1-2 days and our normal shipping times are 3-5 days typically. With orders above $75, shipping is on us with the same 3-5 day shipping window. We also offer expedited shipping service at an extra cost.
Do you ship overseas?
At this time, we do not ship overseas.
Custom Fitted Gear
We're proud to offer customized fitting to our BEBOLD community. At this time we are able to provide customization in: Length and Color
Custom fitted gear may include an extra charge and slightly longer shipping time than our normal 3-5 business day window.
While we'd love to craft the perfect ONE OF A KIND gear for you, we cannot offer returns on them as they are one of a kind and specially made just for you. All sales are final. We are happy to provide you with our Lifetime assurance with our custom gear as with the rest of our products as long as they are used for their intended use and purpose.
Returns/Repairs
All of our products come with our Lifetime Assurance Guarantee as long as they are used as intended. We will replace or repair your gear if there are any defects in the material or craftsmanship. Please contact us with your shipping order to get assistance.
Returns: After you receive the product, you have a 14 day return window to ship the item back if you are not completely happy with your received items. Returned items must be in new condition, in original packaging and free of any pup hair. We can no longer accept returns after the 14 day window. Our ultimate goal is to make sure you are happy with our products. Please contact us so we can assist you further in this.
Return/Repair Process: Please contact us with your order details and any photos of the defects before shipping the items to us. You will have to ship and cover the cost of getting the gear to us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, and verify the damage is not due to unintended use and chewing, we will repair or replace the product as the original and ship it back to you within our normal 3-5 day window. For customized gear, please allow extra time and not all customized gear may be replaceable. Please also note, this is after we receive your product and not the total time of the processing.
